      Great place to work with, good employee benefits

      Pros

      Can work from home, good employee benefit, in general as technicial person you are in good team, people are friendly, work load is fair, no toxic culture, no working late hours. It is a place you can stay for long time.

      Cons

      It is not the tech company you will expect as their business dealing a lot with law case management, you might expect to do a bit more none technical staff as a developer, but you gain the insight on the how law industry works

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time working here. The company culture is great and really supportive - my manager leads the way with this, always encouraging me and giving recognition where deserved. Teams in the wider business we work with are collaborative and friendly. I'd highly recommend LEAP as a fantastic place to work, with interesting projects, feeling valued and appreciated. They also have great employee benefits!

      Hard to think of any cons, I'm loving my time here!
