Pros
- Working on the leading edge of technology. Great to work in AI, automation and other advanced technologies. Really get to see the next great technological evolution getting crafted right in front of you - Problem solving environment: solving really complex business problems on a daily basis can be rewarding. - Ownership & accountability culture: company really pushes the idea that we need to act as owners not just employees. Feels like everyone is bought into the idea we're making something special - the people are some of the smartest I've ever worked with. Really impressive backgrounds but everyone is grounded
Cons
- Speed and agility required can be challenging at times. Not a place for someone looking for an easy job.
