Great development opportunities with a supportive team

Pros

A really excellent place to work with great development opportunities. I've worked for quite a few global organisations and this is the one I have enjoyed working for the most. Really nice, genuine work colleagues with a great team attitude. There's a really good work/life balance, management support and flexibility in working hours if and when required.

Cons

Can be a challenge to understand all areas of the business but that is to be expected given the size of the organisation.
