Hi thanks for sharing and glad you our school in Singapore was a great place to work for you! The energy on campus is definitely lively year‑round with so many international students. We’re sorry to hear though that you didn’t find the management style to be employee‑centric. That’s not the culture we aim for at EF, and we’d appreciate the chance to learn more about what you experienced. If you’re open to sharing additional details, you can always reach us at hr@ef.com so we can understand and address your concerns. Thanks so much for sharing.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
