The role:

As a team member in our state of the art, secure data centres, you will be responsible for ensuring our service is best in class. You will assist with the daily operations of the data centre to ensure a positive customer experience by providing secure, resilient and quality data centre services.

Some of the key things you'll do:

• Delivery of data and electrical services, to customer racks and equipment.
• Attend to customer requests in the data centre and managed office environments.
• Assist with the maintenance of all critical infrastructure.
• Ensure that issues impacting Data Centre services are identified and resolved in a timely manner while following ITIL best practice.
• Provide technical and general support on a wide range of ICT infrastructure used in the data centre.
• Participate in the Data Centre teams afterhours on call roster.

What we’re looking for:

• A highly motivated and collaborative team member who consistently demonstrates strong enthusiasm and a disciplined work ethic, delivering tasks to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• Preferred experience with data centre infrastructure and data centre operations.
• An understanding of electrical concepts relating to data centre power supply, including understanding of UPS, power distribution and backup power generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
